These terms govern your use of the My SPACE Chrome extension. Please read them carefully before installing or using the extension.

Acceptance of Terms 01

By installing or using the My SPACE Chrome extension, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

Description of Service 02

My SPACE is a free, local-first Chrome extension for storing notes, secrets, and subscriptions. All data is stored on your device. An optional Google Drive sync feature allows encrypted backups to your personal Google account.

Your Data 03

You are solely responsible for the data you store in My SPACE. All vault data is encrypted on your device using your master password. If you lose your master password, your encrypted data cannot be recovered — there is no password reset mechanism.

Important: Lost passwords cannot be recovered

My SPACE uses zero-knowledge encryption. There is no server, no recovery email, and no way to reset your master password. Store it somewhere safe.

Google Drive Sync 04

Use of the Google Drive sync feature is subject to Google's Terms of Service. My SPACE only accesses the private appData folder in your Google Drive, which is not visible to other apps or users.

Scope: drive.appdata only — no access to your files

No Warranty 05

My SPACE is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer makes no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability 06

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of access, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use this extension.

Changes to Terms 07

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
